He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School, where he graduated with distinction. His credentials are further bolstered by certifications in DISC Dimensions of Behavior and professional training from OTI Consulting, Singapore, underscoring his commitment to leadership excellence and strategic development.

Throughout his distinguished career, Roy has held pivotal roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Alpine Pictures Inc. and Zuma Beach Entertainment Inc., where he mastered the intricacies of financial oversight and SEC reporting for U.S. and Canadian markets. His exceptional ability to navigate complex financial landscapes has earned him a reputation as a trusted and highly respected industry leader.

Currently, as Chief Financial Officer of Escochecks Insurance Agency and President and Co-Founder of Escosoft Solutions, Roy drives innovation and sustainable growth, prioritizing product excellence and customer-centric strategies. His influence extends across multiple industries as President of Escosar Studios, Managing Partner of Escochecks Academy, and President of both Escochecks Inc. and Everyday Eshopping. With over a decade of leadership across these ventures, Roy continues to redefine operational success, leveraging his deep experience to deliver transformative results for clients and stakeholders alike.

With over 20 years of experience in software development, Guillermo Misa III has established himself as a visionary leader across multiple industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, HR, finance, entertainment, and legal. He has successfully driven innovation for both startups and Fortune 500 companies, consistently delivering high-performance software solutions that transform business operations. As Co-Founder of Escosoft Solutions, Guillermo now channels his wealth of experience into providing world-class offshore development services, ensuring that each project is powered by cutting-edge technology and uncompromising quality.

In addition to leading Escosoft Solutions, Guillermo serves as Chief Technology Officer at Prayer Partner, where he oversees the development of a platform designed to foster spiritual growth and community engagement. Patricia De Leon is a seasoned Salesforce and Vlocity expert with extensive experience in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, LWC, REST & SOAP Integration, Metadata API, and data migration. She demonstrates proficiency in leveraging development tools such as Postman, SoapUI, SourceTree, Bamboo, Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket to deliver high-quality solutions. Throughout her career, Patricia has successfully served as a Salesforce Developer, Engineer, Consultant, and Technical Consultant, contributing to diverse projects across industries including insurance, loan management, government, healthcare, and enterprise resource planning.

In her recent freelance role, Patricia upgraded managed package components and engineered programmatic solutions to address guest user limitations in a UK-based insurance risk management project. While at ProSource BPO, she was instrumental in significantly reducing production support tickets and ensuring seamless synchronization between Azure Cosmos DB and Salesforce databases. During her time at Deloitte Philippines, Patricia implemented Vlocity Omniscripts with embedded Flexcards and custom LWC components for government and healthcare projects, further showcasing her technical acumen.

Her tenure at DXC Technology saw her managing complex integrations and developing innovative solutions that enhanced project outcomes. Patricia holds multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I & II, and has earned dual degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration from Ateneo de Naga University. Her comprehensive skill set and versatile experience enable her to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive success for her clients and organizations.

Jean Paul Peria is an accomplished software developer with a strong foundation in modern web, mobile, and backend development. Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript, he has expertise in a wide range of frameworks and libraries, including Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, React, Next.js, and React Native. His technical repertoire extends to state management with Redux Toolkit and React Query, UI frameworks like Tailwind and Chakra UI, and database solutions utilizing MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and more.

Jean Paul’s experience spans over a decade, during which he has consistently delivered high-quality solutions across various industries. Currently at Escosoft Solutions, he continues to apply his expertise in crafting innovative software solutions.

At Chord Commerce, Jean Paul played a pivotal role as a Senior React Developer, transforming Figma designs into reusable React components and contributing to key sections of the Caraway Home Project. His tenure at Redpoint Global showcased his ability to maintain and enhance legacy applications, notably developing features to handle large-scale data operations and improving application robustness through unit testing.

Jean Paul’s versatility extends to mobile development, exemplified during his time at Clark Outsourcing, where he architected a React Native application for Sparkshare, an “Airbnb for EV Charging Stations.” Prior to this, at CynderTech Corp., he worked on diverse projects, including e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and enterprise applications like ERP systems and electronic medical health records, while mentoring junior developers and leading teams to success.

In his role at Ernst & Young GDS, Ajit demonstrated exceptional capabilities in developing AI-driven systems for sensitive information extraction, fine-tuning language models, and enhancing marketing compliance through multimodal LLMs. He successfully implemented CI/CD pipelines on Databricks, improving deployment efficiency and boosting customer engagement through Azure-integrated AI solutions. His contributions to customer lifetime value prediction and document intelligence projects underscore his proficiency in combining machine learning, statistical analysis, and cloud technologies to achieve impactful results.

Previously at Tech Emporio, Ajit honed his expertise in Python applications and deep learning, including creating AI systems for license plate detection and enhancing image processing accuracy.
